Share first-hand information
Describe what you personally experienced. Separate facts from opinion and use accurate dates, locations and payment details where possible.
Protect people and private information
Do not identify individual enforcement officers, upload faces, or publish parking charge references, full vehicle registrations, home addresses, payment details or other personal information.
Support claims responsibly
Evidence can be uploaded privately where the product offers that option. Do not alter documents or make allegations you cannot reasonably support.
Moderation
Reports may be reviewed, redacted, hidden, excluded from Trust Scores or removed when they are unsafe, irrelevant, misleading or cannot be published responsibly.
Respectful participation
Do not post threats, harassment, discriminatory content, spam or instructions for unlawful activity.
