The service
CarCard provides a digital account for vehicle information, documents, recorded history and costs, parking information, protection tools and AI assistance. Information can be incomplete or change after it is collected.
Check source information
You remain responsible for checking original documents, current signs, road markings, tariffs, payment instructions, restrictions and deadlines. CarCard does not currently accept parking payments or create parking sessions.
Dara and drafting assistance
Dara, automated analysis and draft appeals are informational assistance, not legal advice. Check every fact, date, source and reference before relying on or submitting a draft. CarCard does not guarantee an outcome and does not submit anything without your approval.
Trust Scores
Trust Scores reflect the CarCard methodology and available moderated community data. They are not findings that an operator or parking location has acted unlawfully.
Acceptable use
You must provide truthful information, respect the rights of others, avoid unlawful or abusive use, and keep account credentials secure. Do not use the service to publish personal or confidential information about another person.
Availability
Features may change or be unavailable. Unknown and not connected statuses mean CarCard does not have confirmed data. Links to third-party services do not imply a partnership or endorsement.
Vehicle history data
Paid vehicle history reports may contain data provided by Experian through CarCard’s vehicle-data supplier. A report records the data returned at the time of the check. “Unknown”, “not available” and missing provider data do not mean that a vehicle is clear. Reports do not replace independent mechanical, legal, ownership or financial checks.
Data guarantee
Where a report states that an up to £10,000 data guarantee applies for 12 months, that protection is subject to Experian’s eligibility requirements, exclusions, claim process and full terms. CarCard does not represent that a guarantee is active or that a claim will be accepted.
