Continue your saved conversation, ask about the screen you are viewing and follow helpful navigation suggestions. Review a support request before sending it to the CarCard team. AI sharing requires your permission; answers can be wrong, so check important details.
Reuse a buyer preview link, choose whether registration and market value are visible, and stop sharing when needed. Separately invite someone you trust as a Driver or read-only Viewer. Private owner documents, insurance, PCNs and Dara conversations are not included in the buyer preview.
Send your personal invitation link. Eligible new friends accept it before adding their first eligible UK car and verify their email to qualify for referral points. Current amounts and conditions appear in Rewards. Points have no cash value and cannot yet be redeemed.
View totals from confirmed service and repair records linked to your receipts and invoices. Missing costs are not guessed, duplicate document costs are not counted twice, and different currencies stay separate.
If a car is already registered in CarCard, request a review in the app and securely attach the requested V5C and ID documents. The team reviews the evidence; access is never granted automatically. Evidence is removed from the active system when resolved or within 30 days.
Enjoy seasonal backgrounds behind supported vehicle images, clearer car sizing and a covered-car placeholder before adding your photo. Existing complete vehicle pictures are preserved.
